About the Company

IN-METAL was established at the beginning of 2014 to meet the growing demand for biomass heating boilers and their components, as well as to provide the manufacturing of steel structures, components, and industrial equipment.

IN-METAL was created following its separation from SIA INOS, a well-known supplier of industrial woodworking and heating equipment that has been operating in the market since 2001. The company was established as a dedicated metalworking and manufacturing business to compete more effectively in both local and international markets.

IN-METAL retained its core management team and workforce, bringing together more than 13 years of experience in production line assembly, manufacturing, and metalworking.

Company History

IN-METAL was established to meet the demand for both individual metalworking services of all types and scales, as well as complete end-to-end metal fabrication solutions. The company’s mission is to provide customers with high-quality metal components, structures, and equipment that meet their specific manufacturing and engineering needs.

To become Latvia’s leading manufacturer of biomass heating equipment and its components, as well as a leading producer of metal parts, steel structures, and industrial equipment.

The origins of IN-METAL date back to 2011, when the modernization of the manufacturing facilities of what was then INOS began. The production plant was upgraded with new machinery and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.

The modernization project was completed in 2013 with the construction of one of the most advanced painting and shot blasting facilities in the Baltic States.

As production volumes continued to grow, the company decided to separate its manufacturing operations from its trading activities, establishing IN-METAL as a dedicated manufacturing company.

News

One of the company’s annual summer traditions is a multi-day team retreat focused on recreation and sports. This year, employees and their families took part in a variety of exciting competitions and activities, strengthening team spirit while enjoying quality time together.
